This is a case report of a 34-year-old Para 1, who developed acute abdominal pain on her second day of Caesarean section. She was known to have severe endometriosis before the IVF conception. At operation, multiple sites of bowel perforations were noted. Bowel resection with end to end anastomosis was performed. Histology examination of the resected bowel was consistent with features of endometriosis.
