Completed undergraduate (MBBS) at University of New Delhi in 1992.
Obtained Masters of Radiology (MRad) from University of Malaya in 2001.
Was appointed as lecturer at Department of Radiology, University of Malaya in 2001. Training in vascular and transvaginal ultrasound at Thane Ultrasound Center, Mumbai, India in 2003.
Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Gartnavel General Hospital, Glasgow, Scotland from Dec 2005 to Dec 2006.
Special interest in Vascular ultrasound, Interventional Radiology and Women’s Imaging. In particular, in gynae imaging especially uterine artery embolization and Magnetic Resonance guided Focussed Ultrasound Surgery for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
Currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Biomedical Imaging, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya.
