Giant ovarian tumour is rarely found nowadays due to advanced modern medicine. Although most of the time patient with ovarian tumour presented with abdominal distension with advanced stage, some are still able to tolerate the discomfort of the mass until to the extreme of shortness of breath and inability to ambulate. The management of this case requires multidisciplinary approach as intraoperative and postoperative complications could happen and can be life threatening. In this case we discuss measures taken to reduce the morbidity of the patient by involving multidisciplinary approach.
