Refund Policy

No refund will be given for cancellation within 14 days to the event, or no show at the event.

For conferences and workshops, a substitute attendee is permitted provided that participant notify the organiser via email before the closing date of each event. If a substitute attendee attends the event with less than 14 days notification or without any notification from the participant, no certificate of attendance will be provided to the substitute attendee.
