- There is only one mode of presentation which is the option of an electronic poster.
- This will be made available for physical viewing at the conference from 20th till 22nd of May 2022 and also on the virtual platform for a period of two months post conference. Since we are going green, there will not be any physical posters at this conference.
- All successful delegates who have had their abstracts accepted should upload their e-Posters at the conference website portal before the 15th May 2022 after logging in with their personal account.
- The Scientific Committee will once again review, suggest and advice on modifications of the presentation as to verify the academic content.
- It is the responsibility of the presenting author to ensure that there are no grammatical errors and that the proposed revisions have been made in a timely manner prior to uploading on the conference website. You may still make changes after uploading the e-Poster.
- The decision by the scientific team remains final as to ensure that we adhere to our standards.
- Your e-Poster must consist of only one slide and should adhere to the technical requirements specified below.
- The format of the e-Poster should be:
i) Title – capital or “tittle case”
ii) Author(s) & Institution(s)
(the name of the presenting author should be underlined)
iii) Introduction
iv) Case Description
v) Discussion
vi) Conclusion
vii) References
- The minimal recommended font size is 12. There are no word limits but it is important to ensure that the poster is neat, simple and is not overfilled with words.
- You may use images, diagrams, charts, graphics and colours and different fonts to highlight the main points of your study.
- The e-Poster must be converted to the PDF format prior to upload.
- An example of an e-Poster template is available for download below and feel free to modify this as per your preference.
